• Stock sample (no customization):  dispatch within 2–3 working days.

• Custom sample (with your logo/color):  produced in 7–10 days, then shipped.

• ODM engineering sample: built after design freeze, timeline depends on project complexity.

• Sample fees (if any) are typically refunded against your first production order. Shipping cost is borne by the buyer.

Every unit includes multi‑layer hardware‑level protection:

• Over‑temperature protection (auto‑throttles power when temperature exceeds safe limit).
